Minimum Requirement: 8 tests per booking
Conditions: if fewer than 8 tests are requested or performed, an $80 call-out charge will apply to cover fixed costs.

Conditions: Only charged as a last resort when a test subject:

Cannot produce a sample within 20 minutes.

Evades the test by disappearing on-site (yes, this sometimes happens!).

Laboratory Confirmation: $140.00

Conditions: Only charged only when a non-negative test is requested by your company for formal confirmation in a laboratory.
